Paid up account that has been paid 10 years back

I had a loan with Real People in 2005 for the amount of R10 000.00 and was paid up and no paid up letter was recieved, in February 2011 I app**** for another loan which was a study loan for the amount of R11 250.00 for it was paid up in 24 months at montly instalments of R375.00 for the last payment as in March 2013 and approved by Real People as well and no arreas on this account as well. Real people decided to deduct R150 plus from the account that belongs to my husband who was responsible for paying the study loan and then when I did a enquiry they informed me that it was for the old loan and they claimed that in 2008 I signed for that R150 to be deducted but the signature does not belong to myself, I was never contacted about any outstanding accounts for the last 10 years and in their letters they keep saying that they have contacted myself but can never submit any kind of prove of communication. DMC that act on behalf of Real people could also not send any soild prove but their '****' 2 pages letter that they have on their system and witnesses that I do not know about and the handwritting also dont belong to me. I have done so much in this matter, Please help me<br> <br>
