NO STATEMENT RECEIVED

Useless! Useless! Useless!

Sent email requesting my statement and still nothing - last time I received one was after I called and had to deal with very rude people & was taken from pillar to post this was last year in May - that's the one I have, I sent emails last month and still nothing - why don't you issue statements in the first place?
