No Response for settlement and ITC Listing

Good Day, <br> <br> I paid an account up in August 2014 which was never removed from my Credit Report and is listed twice. I then tried contacting to get a settlement amount to which no one is capable of helping me with this. The call centre agents cannot provide any support and i keep getting transferred and numbers repeated to me to phone.<br> <br>
