Never trust brand Evolution finance

Furious is understatement, this company is here to ruin people health care, financial status, emotionally trauma. I've app**** at Buco for home improvement loan in 12 April 2026, the verification was quick and funds of R6000 deposited into my account and the remaining R14 000 into Buco's account for material, the whole loan was R20 000. After I did my calculations, the payback of this loan in 12-16 months is close to R38 000 almost double. I inform them on the 20-22 April to cancel the loan so I can transfer their funds and provide bank details, that's when all this problem began. I spoke to an agent telephonically numeracy time, used their WhatsApp chats over the past few months, even forwarded their tickets/references complains without help. They told me to ask Buco agent to send a cancelation form which was signed by Bocu and myself and submitted. What's strange,on their record, refunded them later in May the exact amount they deposited into their account. From my knowledge if an applicant is no longer interested, why drag the process to cancel for over 5 months and yet deducted R1514.76 but claim I still have an outstanding balance over R5000+. I've spoken to their agents, requested to speak to manager or senior manager to check the records from the day funds were sent and when I informed them of my disinterest in this application. Still, no email from senior management, call nor investigation for a feedback. I'm writing this because I've never felt injustice this Evolution Finance including Buco has affected my financial stability. I haven't even started the renovation to my home because of those unfit company and untrained employees who can't even conduct themselves professionally to de-escalate. Please help me, at least have their top senior members or manager, regional manager. Thank you!!
