missing contract and documents

<p>on monday in asked real people to provide me with my cellphone contract and a settlement quotation. but guess what something that would take a beginer 5 minutes to do. real people hasnt provided me with the documents. they furthermore tell me that my account has been handed over to their layers. the names and tele phone numbers were also not provided. ive explained to them on so many occassions that i need to relocate over seas and still this hasnt resonated in their heads. theyve managed to turn my life upside down in just 3 days. ive never in my life seen such *********** people. you dont pay they have alot to say. you want to pay they dont finish you with the supporting information. what the hell do i do now? </p>
