****mers doubt they registered with FSP

With all the comments about this ****mers am now terrified took a loan of R47k Dec now balance is R45k after I paid R21k in total , how do they calculate their interest ? Can we report them to NCA for ********* policies and not compliant with NCR there is no way they are registered I have never seen a loan that doesn’t reduce the balance clearly something is wrong even with the 31% interest they charged loan balance must reduce I will contact NCR for clarity I home when I settle it they won’t give me the run around ****mers this one’s and *********
