Malfunctioning Cellphone

I have a contract with Real People Mobile this year I made a complain about the Nokia Windows phone I'm using and it was collected and fixed (so they say) but to my surprise the phone is still doing the same thing that I complained of when it was taken in for repairs. It still switches its self off and I struggle to turn it on.<br> I called several times to report this but I was told the technical people will get back to me. and the only thing the consultants are interested in is the arrears not the cuase of the arrears. I will not pay for a phone that is not fucntioning 100%. Real people should give me a new phone or collect this thing I have with me and fix it better until then no money will come from me. I have taken this matter to my ABSA Law for further legal assistance as I feel its enough know.
