LISTED ON ITC FOR A LOAN I HAD CANCELLED

I took out a Real people building loan in 2012 to help renovate my house. A few days later I then contacted Real people to cancel the loan as my plans had changes. Real people then advised that I cancel with the hardware store. The hardware store refused to cancel and they were giving me the run around. I then contacted Real people to explain my situation and to intervene with no luck.I then canted NCR for assistance and they were asked to cancel the loan. And I never heard from them again and now I request my credit report only to find that I have been listed at ITC for R40 000. The original loan was R20 000. I need this removed from my credit report as I am in the process of buying a house. This has put a dent on my credit report and I need it removed ASAP. Please help.
