Irritated and Very Annoyed

I sent an email almost 14 days ago and the only response I recieved was an automated one. I called in and was told the people that assist with prescribed debt letters only work till 3 I will get a call back the following morning I am still waiting 7 days later. This is pathetic service and then to top it off they sell your cell number to every **** tom and harry I hope someone works there in that offices and resolves this.
