Insurance Claim Department - Urgent Req

Good day,<br> I took out a loan at Real People in 2012, the consultant advised me they have insurance on the loans. I was retrenched months later, I submitted all documents to real people. Today I decided to check my itc profile and the loans still appears on my profile. I contacted real people they informed me the insurance dosn't cover my loan. According to the documents signed there is insurance. I feel this is unfair practice business because they still say I must make payment arrangements. I would like real people insurance to process my insurance claim and remove me from my ITC.
