I have had to call every MONTH to ask them why they debiting twice from my account. Every staff member I have spoken to has been very rude especially Amanda. I called this morning, the man I spoke to could not answer my question as to why deduct twice for one month, he said I MUST BE THE ONE TO CALL AGAIN and explain myself to a supervisor.
