INCOMPETED ANNOYING CLUESLESS

I have been requesting for a settlement amount from real people its been a week now and I have not received any form of response. I emailed them early in 2023 requesting for a settlement amount and I got a response to what I owed them. More than a week ago I responded to the email that I received requesting for an updated settlement amount since it has been a year and I am ready to settle my account. I have not received a response, I have been sending follow-up emails but no one answers. I eventually decided to go to their website chart option, I was advised to contact DMC debt review since my account is under debt review. I emailed them as per advice, but no one answered my email. I decided to call them today, and the lady I was speaking to told me that they are not allowed by the "law" to give me the amount I owe them since I am under debt review????? How??? I recently closed my car finance which was also under debt review after I called them and asked them them to provide me with a settlement amount (which they did without any hassles). I also had another loan that I settled and it was also under debt review, but I called them and they gave me the settlement amount directly without any hassles, why must I go through my debt counselor when it comes to real people???? After settling my account who is going to provide me with a paid up letter are they going to ask me to contact my debt counselor for that too?????? that time my debt counselor would be expecting me to provide the letter so that they can close the account from their side?????this is so annoying and so unprofessional. The lady was clueless about what she was saying, she even went as far as saying that maybe the other accounts that I settled were not under debt review (which I corrected her that both were) and she ddnt know what to say after. I am tired i WANT TO PAY YOUR MONEY SO THAT I CAN FOCUS ON OTHER THINGS WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME A RUN AROUND.
