I requested a prescription letter on the 19th of September 2019 from Real People and i also copied DMC on that email but i haven't received any response. I am so disappointed in this company; they are too quick to threaten but too slow to respond. my ID number is *** 080 and the account number for this account is ***2. I sent an email to '***'; '***'. I really want my letter.
