I want to cancel my life insurance

Hi,<br> <br> I had spoken to a call center agent at Real People and ask that they cancel life insurance that is attached to my building loan account because I have a personal life insurance that includes my dept with Real People. That was on the 15th of April and they asked me to send the proof of my insurance documents, which I certainly did. I call 5 days later to check up on the progress and I was told that they received the docs and they are processing it,it should take at least \5 days". 10 days later I called and it was still being processed. <br> I call again"
