I opened a home improvement loan 3 years ago and never received confirmation of approval only to find out when my account was being debited for 3 months. Early last year I filled in cancellation documents because I never collected any materials or money till today every one is giving me the run around and my name is with the credit bureau for the same Real People loan. I do not know what to do because this is damaging my credit record. <br> <br>
