Hardware Warehouse/Real People Bad Service

I have had the worst experience with Real People Home Improvement Finance together with Hardware Warehouse.I have been trying to get a settlement amount and settle my account for months now but have been sent from pillar to post.Hardware Warehouse is dragging their feet with paying the credit I did not use back to RP so I can settle what I used and close the account.

This is negatively affecting my credit bureau as it looks like I have a huge balance with them whereas I do not!I sent all the required documents months ago but BUCO is not budging with the payment.

I do not recomment taking their Home Inprovement Finance to anyone as they have proven *************.
