FSB needs to act obo consumers where Real People is concerned!

My experience is the same as most reviews i've read. Lesson, NEVER AGAIN! But their credit cover/insurance needs to be reported to the Credit Ombud. Only if i would have the policy document/schedule which i've been requesting for over 2 weeks now...
