Frustrated, abandoned isolated customer

My name is Thulisile Mbambo. I had taken loan with Real People in Pinetown at Build It and than l have canceled my request, on14/03/2019 up until this there was no communication as to explain what next, the cancelation of my account, money to be refunded to me (installments) already paid even on the 25/03/2019,there was a debit order, no refunds, cancelation amounts to R43 739.00. I am not sure whether they want me to pay even now as l have cancelled my order. Can Real People advise what next and refund my money, settle and close my account.
