<p>I am absolutley disgusted with your company's conduct as a finacial services provider!</p> <p>A payment of R3000 was processed under my moms name on the 4th of January IN HER ABSENCE!!!</p> <p>The payment was conviniently "paid in cash", ensuring that there would be no paper trail.</p> <p>Her signature was FORGED and the money was released to this third party whom I am convinced is in cahoots with one of your employees.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Such practices are appauling to say the least!! Your company is FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER AND SHOULD HAVE SUITABLE SECURITY CHECKS IN PLACE!</p> <p> </p> <p>I can assure you, I WILL be reporting this matter to the FAIS Ombud! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Frank insists that she signed for the R3000 refund on the 4th of january, mind you her signature was forged! I was home at the time, she never went to your offices.
Her account manager as of 2013 is a woman named Bella; account number RE4066.
