Good day

Please assist last year after checking my credit check I found that there is company called Real people claiming that I owe them from 2009 ,and in 2009 I was not working and I have never receive any communication from them demanding money

And in my Experian reports it shows that I owe them money ,I contacted them and they sent me Prescription letter n I send to Experian to remove that account from my reports

Suddenly when I go to bank and to request a loan it shows that am bad payer I cant take loan anywhere according to credit bureau even last week I went but story is still the same i even called Real people to send me proof that shows i owe them but they failed to send

Please advise am very frustrated with these issue is been more than year now going up and down with no success
