False credit listings

I am of the belief that this company is clearly involved in extensive ********** transactions. I have personally experienced this and after reading the many reviews on this site, it is frightening how many people are in the same position as me. Their staff are rude and *********** and insist that you owe them money even when they cannot prove it. I wish someone could advise how I get the listing off my credit report
