double debit and ihave no account with them

I am not a customer of real people still i just got double debited from this place and I don't have no account or agreement with you people for moneys to be deducted from my banking account and wish for you people to please return or reverse it as quick as you did the debit, you are inconveniencing my life and that is not on! Who's going to pay for these banking fees? Now I have to run around, is that nice?
