disappointed and in total disgust with the way Real people and DMC

I am so disappointed and in total disgust with the way Real people and DMC handled my account, I never had any communication with the two parties for the past 6 years or so and suddenly my name is on ITC and that I am 9 months arrears, No payment was received since 2010 when I lost my Job. legally this account was supposed to be prescribed long time ago.I need this account to be prescribed and my ITC updated accordingly and I need a letter sent to me with this effect.

This debt was supposed to be prescribed. • Real People as credit provider did not claimed payment, sent a letter of demand or issued summons • I have not made any payments/acknowledged the debt directly or indirectly for the time period
