Day time roberry

I have been praying this account and everytime I check on Trans union the balance is not fo down and it reflects as if no payment is been received. I am so frustrated as you get hold of these people. This is affecting my ITC negatively as now is now an overdue amount reflecting. I received sms last year from the saying they are not receiving an payment from me. I sent them proof of payment on the email address they provided me tried to call them. Till today no response what type of company and service is this? I tried calling this number *** given by call center agent its forever engaged. They are not making any contact. As of this month I will stop making payments to Real people cause clearly they don't care about me as the client. The are just quiet. I want answers from them the payment that I am making where is it going too? Why is there an overdue amount yet I have been paying you guys since and never missed a payment. I want the balance on my account to be updated correctly. I want to be contacted by them to explain what is really happening. This is daytime *******.
