Real People : Hi guys - I made a building loan years ago for almost R 55 000 with Real people and payed as a debit order without even skipping a month. In 2018 i was retrenched, and advised Real People know that I`m retrenched and I have retrenchment policy with them - And i have asked that they need to speak to that department to pay and so I can pay the difference. However I was told that I took voluntary retrenchment and there is no way the Insurance is going to pay me. Up and downs with their customers services for almost 2 years they also claiming that the documents i have provided are not valid. After some they agreed with their insurance company and they paid some of the balance .. Not sure how much . At the time i escalated this query to them the balance was 18 000 rand. 2 weeks ago one of the consultants calls me a gave e the information to say the balance was R 18 000 and the insurance paid R6000 which my balance is suppose to be R 12 000. but only to find out that my balance now is R 41 000.00 due to the fact that i was disputing to pay ..

I need some to look into this and advise on the way forward...

I`m willing to pay balance of R12 000.
