Customer receipt/statement

<p>I took a house improvement loan with Real people sometime last year, and it just hit my mind now that i actually havent received any customer statement though the monies are being debited every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called their customer service today, the operator told me they dont send statements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is it lawful that i am only paying and not receiving any statements? Please help guys</p>
