Contridictive Statements/ Loan Agreement

Hi, I feel so cheated by this company. I have mailed them twice with no reply. A few days ago I wanted to know when my account will be settled as I never once skipped payment. I received 2 different statements which contradicts each other. Than I notice that instead of the original loan agreement of R30 000 including interest rate etc I am now paying back an additional R9 307.51 and this all started from a simple R17 500 loan this is insane. And the fact that I get 2 statements 1 claiming my debit orders were less than R1045 when the other says I did pay back the full instalment of R1045. This is the craziest thing ever. Can someone explain what's going on here cause if not I will definitely take further steps because a R9 307.51 is way over the loan agreement .
