Complaint Regarding Non-Provision of Prescription Letter for Debt Review Clearance

Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against DMC and Real People (Evolution Finance) for their failure to provide me with the prescription letter for my Real People account (Account Number: ***0), which is required to finalize my Debt Review process.

Debt Busters, my Debt Counsellor, has informed me that in order to issue a Clearance Letter and remove my name from Debt Review, they need the prescription letter from Real People. Despite my repeated requests, neither DMC nor Real People have provided the necessary documentation, causing unnecessary delays in resolving my debt review status.

This lack of action is having a significant impact on my ability to move forward with clearing my name from Debt Review and completing the required processes to restore my financial standing.

I kindly request that Hello Peter assist in escalating this matter to ensure that the prescription letter is provided to Debt Busters as soon as possible, so that the Clearance Letter can be issued and my name can be removed from Debt Review.
