Complain

Around the 5th of March this year I opened a account at Build it Hunters Retreat and I was approved for R24 000 but later on I decided not to go ahead with the account. This amount and the installment of R1700. is on my bureau as if I owe them. I tried so many times to speak to the sales consultant there he said the fault is not on his side its on Really People who was going to loan me the money for the account. Please help me to clear my name.
