Company does not provide account statements

I have been complaining the same thing for 2 years now. Why is having to access a copy of a statement to show how my load is progressing so difficult. I have tried to register an account on their website but I do not receive the confirmation e-mail to activate the account. I want to receive regular statements of my loan payments.
