Clearance letter

Real people I’ve months that I’ve paid up my account to date have not received my paid up letter.This is negatively affecting me forming part of the consumer market. Unlike other post complaints about Real people I hope you will response effective to my query.

All I know want is a clearance letter or confirmation so that red flag may be removed at the credit bureau. As per the law once a customer have paid up all his/her debts within 21 days must be removed from debt review.

So why are you delaying this progress for me? Why are you ruining your company reputation?
