Contacted from Durban branch for finance application. Call centre consultant terminated call forcefully and extremely rudely because I didn't take a few forced products of insurance with finance application, having an external provider.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! YOU CALLED ME AND HUNG UP WHEN I REFUSED TO TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS THAT AREN'T BUILT INTO THE ORIGINAL APP**** SERVICE AND REFUSED TO BE BUL**** INTO IT! ***** YOU REAL PEOPLE!

Never, EVER, use Real People. Utterly disgusting bunch of ****bags. They need to work on their call centre agents as **** like this would get anyone else fired. DISGUSTING!!!
