Blacklisted for a loan never taken

I have been blacklisted for two loans by these people. The amount for one of the loans is almost double the original amount and I had only one installment to pay when I was left unemployed. The second loan I dis not take or receive any money. I have contacted them so many times but they never assist. They also don't respond to emails. All I asked from them is proof of me receiving money for the second loan and to date I have received nothing. These listings are negatively affecting my credit score, which means I cannot even apply for a home loan. Their service is nothing short of Pathetic and I honestly have no idea how to resolve this.
