Good Day<br> <br> I had or have an account with a Building Material Shop at Protea and they had a partnership with Real People. I have been a loyal Client of them and been paying my account since 2013 February without Fail. This year January I decide to go to the shop to enquire about my Account and when I arrive there the shop was closed and was told it has been liquidated. and then I tried to check the Real People Branches and did not win, i even tried to Google the Real People Branches and couldn't find anything then and as a concerned Client from my Knowledge if the Company has been found not being Fit and Proper According to Fais Act it no longer has the right to operate. then i went to my Branch to Reverse the January Instalment and Blocked the Debit Order. And no one contacted me till last month when I received a Call From Real People and they Told me I owe them R6500.00 of which I was only left with two Instalments to pay off my Loan. No Communication was sent to me and I still haven't received feedback with regards to my query to date. I even sent a complaint through their Complaint website and still no feedback to date.<br> Your Assistant will be highly appreciated.<br> Mpho Mabula<br>
