BILLED BEFORE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE

Good day <br> <br> I have made an arrangement that my debit order goes off on the 23rd of each month. In the beginning they did not adhere to my request but eventually did. After a long time of getting my deduction on the 23rd,REAL PEOPLEs decided to debit me prior to the agreed date in the month of June. It has now happened for September AGAIN. When i emailed them in July, they responded & promised that the supervisor would sort it out.But here we go again.They do not realise the damage they are causing to my credit record.I cannot have unpaids on my bank stats because of this company so hungry for money.<br> <br> Thanks
