Be Warned about Real People Builder Account!

My name is Tilly Bepuka ID Number: ********** 291088, I've in contact with Real People/Builders Warehouse several times with regards to the settlement payment that I have made and now they say, I still owe them 382.00.and worst of all when I spoke with the lady at Builders who opened my account she said that amount is final, now 2 months down the line thy are phoning me from 18h00 pm to 07h00am wanting me to pay the R382,I feel that I was being misinformed by them, reminders I already made the payment what must I pay for. Please assist as this is now getting out of hand. kindly find attached letter from Real People.
