Bad service with the in house employees

i have app**** a home improvement with you, service was excellent..its been approved. Now the problem lies with your inhouse employees, different branch 1. Ebony build it: Anitha cell ********** 424, this lady is so rude in a way she hang up a phone in my ear. 2. Mayibuye build it: Selina cell ********** 358, i did not believe my eyes she also hang up simply because the problem is i app**** online and their system is giving problem and also wanted to give reason of i must understand they getting paid with commission...so my question is WHY DID REAL PEOPLE IMPLEMENTED ONLINE SERVICE IF THEY WILL GET SO MAD TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT? i am still waiting for one from build it to activate so i can start buying the material for how long i absolutely have NO idea. Can someone act on behalf of this ladies before you loosing the customers.
