BAD SERVICE FROM REAL PEOPLE

My husband & I app**** for a Home loan at ABSA, they then picked up he had a loan in 2007/2008. He explained that he was retrenched and took the letter to his Parow Branch. It was never registered on the system. We dealt with ABSA who informed us that the account was handed over to REAL PEOPLE ON ***. I have contacted them SEVERAL TIMES and to date I have not received any feedback regarding this matter. I spoke to Chante, Paula, just to name a few. I requested that debt be written off as it is prescribed debt, they said they would submit it for prescribed debt. I contacted them again on Monday and requested they call me back to inform me what the status of that account is. I have been wasting my airtime and my time with these people. I am disgusted by their service and would like to take this matter further. If this matter is not resolved ASAP I will be forced to take it further as we are applying for a bond. I will never recommend anyone dealing with REAL PEOPLE and to think they work with handed over accounts/debt. If their service is this bad i don't want to know how their work looks. I am very unhappy as I have been dealing with them for months.
