I have made an arrangement with Real People to pay off my account and I have kept my promise since. They debit my account every month without any problems for the past 2 years. To my surprise when I checked my credit profile my account with Real People I'm in arrears for 9 months. I sent them an email on the 1st of February 2021 and I saw that my email was read but no response was received.

I then sent a follow up on the 05th and again my email was read with no response. I now wonder what kind of a Financial Institution is this, how can I make payments and still be behind with my payments.
