BAD SERVICE

I Had a account with African Bank of which African bank sold the account to Real People. the account is Paid up in full in May 2018 and i received my paid up letter from DMC/Real People i phoned African Bank and they told me they cant send paid up letter to credit bureaus as the account doesn't belong to them anymore. Real People/DMC need to clear that i phoned DMC/real People and they told me that they will inform credit bureaus about the account 3 months it still reflect on my credit report that i owe on the account. please clear my name at the credit Bureaus
