Bad customer services
I was retrenched 3months ago and sent supporting documents on time to Real people as I had account protection plan. They didn't bother to respond to my emails and now they are busy debiting an account that has no funds available... What's the point of having account protection plan if I will be debited while unemployed? I did not resign our company CLOSED DOWN, I'm currently unemployed. What does one have to do to get assistance regarding account protection plan????
