Bad customer service and *********** managers

These people are very greedy and self centered. I submitted my retrenchment forms October 2021 and all the other paper work needed but they are busy debiting an account that is on a zero balance. No one even bothers to respond to emails nor answer calls when I contact their call centre, only yesterday I received a text message advising that they have canceled my claim as I have not submitted relevant documents.
