Bad credid provider.

I have a home account with real people and along the way in approximately 6 months I was retrenched and their insurance paid for only 3 months. I kept quiet about it as I was told that I didn't pay a full year so time went by and I did not managed to pay for few months. I was then later called to make arrangement and it went on till now. in September last year I managed to pay off all the areas where according to my original arrangement I was supposed to finish off this June and I am surprised that my contract with them is prolonged by the full 12 months. I think it is very bad to owe Real people as they amend contracts as they wish.
