Bad and poor service

Good day Has anyone delt with Real People before? I have been requesting my prescription letter now for over 5 weeks and they tell me thy sent it each time i talk to them bt its either they do not send or they wil send a blank email without any document attached to it . M not so sure if the consultant even care to check her work if it was done properly cos they would have check and verify it after i complained that the 1st email didnt have attachment.mxm
