Atrocious service and pain on the b... service

If i can rate a star less than the Terrible one i would gladly do so.

Firstly you should learn to send all administrative documents to customers as they are charged for this. Since inception or contact signing we have never not in one month received a statement to show how our payment is. The only thing they know is to debit and charge stupid arrears that are because of them. I am very disgusted and your service is super atroucious and i urge anyone who wants to take a loan with These people to never even think of it. Not only did my friend warn me about this scan ran by these people but i was dumb enough as we were desperate to find something to look after our needs for a shelter.
