A Complaint about a complaint

I cant believe that I am still here today writing this complaint. Over 2 weeks ago, I wrote a complaint about Real People call center not cancelling my life insurance i have on my home improvement loan. I got a response from a Cherise Tyson telling me that they are looking at my query I am told that they are \urgently investigating"and 2 weeks later this has not been done. <br> What a man can do to get the service he deserves from you guys ? <br> """
