Taking for a ride by eVOD.

I have joined eVOD premium and then suddenly it changed from paying through MTN to a debit order which was never offered when this change happened, only got suspended to watch premium. Then I actually had to wait till the 6th of October 2022 before I could renew my subscription. On the 7th of October I actually joined again and mad a payment for the subscription and now suddenly I cannot watch premium again. Was told that my subscription ended 7 October 2022. Phone them today and being told they want proof of payment because it could be a technical issue not showing my payment. This sound like a money making business to me and very poor service delivery.
