I wanted to watch my favorite series on FF on evod as i have an active account. FF allows you to watch ahead of the week episodes before it airs on tv. I called customer service at eVod and the lady i spoke to had no clue what i was talking about..... i told her what i typed in this review above. How can eVod have someone working in there call center that doesnt even know what FF is. Its ridiculous seriously i was so frustrated 😠 as i had to call back twice to get assistance but nothing such a waste of my time and money. Everytime the lady in the call center doesnt know what i was talking about , then she will put my call on slient. This is unacceptable and unproffessional. Even when she answered my calls, she sounded like the dead no wanting to answer or speak..... Wow i cant believe the service i recieved so bad.
