Falls advertising of Rhino Bonnet Scoop for sale

We Ordered a Rhino Bonnet scoop via Evocustoms online shop however when the package arrived it was not the item advertised on the site. They not bother to answer a phone call. Does not respond to Whatsapp messages, emails and or attorneys letters whilest they are once's advertising one product and providing something different. Not impressed with the service at all.
