E-vitamins has left a bad taste in my mouth with their service

I ordered 60 L-glutathione tablets at E-vitamins website on the 07/May/2019 and have written to them about not getting my order and to no avail just an explanation about our customs policies I got, but in my experience of ordering overseas our customs department sends an email to tell you that your order has reached them and give you the amount you owe in tax, but I still haven't heard from even customs which makes me think E-vitamins is not telling the truth
